Make a Change to Your IP Addresses

If you need to change the IP addresses we have on file enabling your collection to access the Foundation Directory Online Professional (FDO) and Foundation Grant to Individuals Online (GTIO) databases via IP authentication, please use the form below. Please note, according to your license agreement, as a Cooperating Collection FDO and GTIO may be made available to the public only within the “four walls” of the building that houses the collection. It is not to be made available in other locations, in your library branches, or via remote access to your users via your web site.

If you do not yet have IP authenticated access to FDO or GTIO, but would like to establish IP access, please use this form to provide us with an IP range that is unique to only the computers in the building where your collection is housed.
