Please send my library's copy of FC Search: The Foundation Center's Database on CD-ROM, Version 12.0 (2008 edition), as well as the update disk in fall 2008.

Please note that FC Search is offered on a complimentary basis only to those CCs that do not opt for Foundation Directory Online as part of the core collection. For those that already subscribe to FDO, FC Search is available at a 40% discount.

I agree to install the new edition of FC Search within four weeks of receipt, and to make this database available to members of the public at or near the site of the Foundation Center's print materials during regular library hours.

I also agree to withdraw and dispose of any previous editions of this CD-ROM.
I am aware that the Foundation Center may refer visitors to our collection to utilize FC Search.
